Meet Hera - The Luxury Vintage Canvas Cottage & Luna the 1950's Cheltenham Waterbuck Caravan

About our Luxury Vintage Glamping Experience -

Located in the heart of rural Worcestershire and nestled in her own private 3 acre wildflower meadow facing West, you will find Luna, our 1950’s Vintage Cheltenham Waterbuck Caravan and Hera our gorgeous Canvas Cottage. Together they create a Luxury Vintage Glamping experience that sleeps up to 8 guests.

Hera comes with a 3 x 6 m decked covered porch area and has a large sitting area perfect for Alfresco style meals whatever the weather. Hera also has a luxury vintage feel with a claw foot slipper bath and a cosy log burner for those chillier evenings. There is also a private fire pit and BBQ area to complete the outdoor dining experience.

Step back in time to the 1950s in Luna’s glamorous, romantic and retro interior. Furnished with Cath Kidston, Cabbages and Roses and Laura Ashley fabrics and lovingly painted using Farrow and Ball paints, she is one pretty lady!

Hera and Luna also boasts of a Kirami Japanese style wood fired hot tub. All wood and kindling is supplied.

A stay in Luna & Hera is all about the simple things in life so kick back and watch the sun setting, toast marshmallows on an open fire and enjoy birdsong and starry nights from the hot tub.

The setting is completely private with the exception of our gorgeous Soay Sheep, two geese and a smorgasbord of ducks! ( N.B. They are contained so dogs can roam freely).

The caravan itself sleeps 2 adults in a small double bed measuring 6,3 by just under 4 ft and Hera sleeps up to 6 adults in a Kingsize Bed, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed which makes the makes the maximum sleeping capacity 8 in total. Hera is a perfect nest for a couple's retreat, but also has plenty of room for a family of 6 with additional space for 2 extra guests in the caravan making it a perfect stay for larger groups and families.

Luna is a 50s style girl with decor and fittings from the era and as such is mostly off grid but has a small power supply for a light and to charge personal devices. We have made every attempt to make her as environmentally friendly as possible. The up-cycled outdoor shower shack is full of character and boasts unlimited hot water on demand and complimentary organic toiletries for a touch of luxury.  In the absence of electricity outside, lighting is by way of low level solar fairy lights, lanterns and candles making for a magical atmosphere.

We greet all our guests with a vintage tea and cake on arrival and a few locally sourced essentials. We believe that the devil is in the detail and we like to think you will have everything you need for a perfect stay but we live onsite and are available 24-7 should you need anything else during your stay.

We are pet friendly so if you would like to bring a furry friend, please contact us so that we can make any necessary arrangements. We are a registered small holding and as such, we do occasionally have escape animals roaming so if your pet isn't good around other animals then they must be kept on a lead when in the grounds.

NB.

Due to the nature of the materials used to construct Hera & Luna, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

Parking is available onsite for up to three cars. Please note that vehicles and contents are left at owners own risk.

Hot tubs are not paddling pools therefore it is best to never allow children under the age of 8 to use the hot tub, due to the many risks including drowning, infection, and possible brain damage caused by the high temperatures. Never leave children unattended in or near a hot tub or the bath.

We are surrounded by fruit farms and as such do have the occasional 'Crow Scarer' siren and tractor noise associated with living in the country.

Although we do not request a security deposit, guests would be expected to cover the cost of any damage to high value items such as the hot tub etc.
